At Baby Hamper Co., we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need support regarding a delivery, a damaged item, or a return. Our Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the steps we take to help resolve these issues.
What if my delivery is late or doesn’t arrive?
We strive to ensure your hamper reaches you on time, but as we rely on third-party couriers, delivery times are not guaranteed. Therefore, refunds cannot be issued for late deliveries.
If you believe your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived, please let us know by emailing customerservice@babyhamperco.com.au. We aren’t mind readers yet, so we rely on you to inform us of any delivery issues. Once we hear from you, we will investigate the status of your order right away and work to ensure it’s delivered promptly.
What if my hamper is damaged during delivery?
We package each Baby Hamper Co. order with care, ensuring it leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. However, since we use third-party couriers, sometimes items may be damaged during transit.
If your hamper arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damage as soon as possible at customerservice@babyhamperco.com.au. Once we receive your photos, we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue. You can choose to have a replacement hamper dispatched, or we can offer you a credit for future use. We want to make sure you receive the beautiful gift you intended, without any dents or dings!
What if I want to exchange or return my order?
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please reach out to us at customerservice@babyhamperco.com.au. We handle exchanges and returns on a case-by-case basis to best meet your needs. Please note the following:
- Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
- Personalised Items: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for personalised or custom-made items, as these are tailored specifically for you.
